Does This Sound Like You?

What is an outsourced CFO?
A CFO’s (Chief Financial Officer) job is to guide a business toward being a growing, more profitable, and successful business.
My goal is for you to have more profit and more cash flow than last year – every year.
Your business sidekick for one flat fee per month
So, what do I really do for your business?
Why Work with Me?
I’ve spent 17 years managing a business from the operations side in both corporate and small businesses. This taught me how operational decisions affect the success of the company.
I then spent the following 8 years helping to manage businesses from the accounting side, again for both corporate and small businesses. This taught me the full scope of business cash flow and why the “elusive profit” was never in the bank account.
Unlike some business coaches, consultants, and accountants, I’ve been in the weeds on both sides (operations & accounting). I understand how operational decisions affect the financial impact of your business and I understand the numbers and how they tell a story of the success of your business. This experience provides me with the ability to give you strategic guidance in your business.
Feeling Stuck in your business?
The 3 most common challenges business owners face:
- 1
You need cash to grow your business; but you don’t know how to get more cash.
- 2
You’re an expert in your field, not necessarily an expert in business financials.
- 3
You don’t have time to understand the financial health of your business.
So how can you get unstuck?
By transforming from an ‘industry expert’ who happens to run a business to running your business like a professional, with the numbers driving the decision-making.
I provide simple financial objectives each month for business owners so you can have a growing, more profitable, and highly successful business…
…all without the time, overwhelm, and confusion that typically comes with understanding numbers and financials.
So what do you get?

A Financial Guide
As your CFO, I will be your business sidekick and go-to financial guide. After I analyze the numbers, we will meet monthly. Any questions you have about your objectives throughout the month, I’m here, call me.

Understanding of your business Finances.
Finally, have peace of mind about what is happening financially in your business EVERY month and know how to act on it.

A Gameplan
After understanding what happened financially, each month, we will discuss a game plan of 2-3 objectives you and your team can focus on and get you on the path to accomplishing your financial business goals.
About

Really, I love small businesses and entrepreneurs. The best opportunities I have had involved working with or in small businesses. I understand the grind, the thrill, the “will it work?”, the “let’s give it a try”, and my favorite – the “wow I can’t believe we pulled it off”.
My time in the corporate world provided valuable knowledge of systems and procedures, but at the same time, it confirmed my love for the curvy, chaotic, rough-and-tumble road of small businesses.
My love affair began when the owner of a small business that I was working for jokingly said, “Call the Accounting and HR department.” Suddenly, I had this sinking realization of “ummmm there isn’t one” then followed by the rush of “oh, that is probably me – I have to tackle that.” While wearing many hats, these challenges taught me the skills necessary to succeed in my role and helped me gain an appreciation for the struggles associated with small businesses.
I have spent 25 years managing businesses and all the numbers that come with them. I was responsible for delivering accurate cost of goods, payroll, accounts payable, profit & loss statements, cash flow, & balance sheets regularly to corporations or small business owners. I quickly realized the power that numbers have on a business and how the operations of a business affect the numbers. They are the past, the present, and the future of your business. They are the secret sneaky little tattletales of what is really going on. My passion is to help you and your business see those numbers so that you can make solid business decisions for the future success of your company.
